Jez had many mats and tufts around her body. Another groomer had tried to work through Jez’s coat, but had given up. Jez is very anxious and doesn’t tolerate new people well at all. However, we took it easy, at Jez’s pace (listening as we went along … Ooh – Yes Jez, that’s right Jez, totally agree Jez …. that kind of thing) and we’re so happy that Jez is now totally mat free and enjoying her new body.
She really is such a sweetie and it’s so pleasing to see a chick who’s now so comfy …. Well done Jez, you were a star and looking forward to seeing you again in a few weeks time (after your impending dental work) for a brush out to keep on top of your new coat.
