A new girl to join us … Scarlet from Fence, Lancashire.
Breed ? Scarlet is a Maine Coon. She is almost 4 years old – and isn’t keen on being brushed, therefore her coat had become pelted in places.
We worked through, and although Scarlet really didn’t agree with proceedings we think she knew what it was all about. There’s no doubt that after the session she was immediately pleased with herself and was feeling more comfy.
A few weeks after the Session, mum Karen got in touch to say
“Scarlet is great – I don’t think she is sleeping as much and she’s not obsessively grooming – I’m sure she’s aware that her fur’s better. She’s always been perky but I think her fur may have been getting her down because, if anything, she seems even perkier ! She’s letting us stroke where the knots were (she wouldn’t let us touch her flanks when the knots were there). Andrew has managed to keep her knot free so far ! As for more affectionate – she’s never been anything else – I don’t think we could cope with any more from her – we’d never get anything done 🙂 I would definitely recommend your services to anyone in our position because I think for us and Scarlet it’s money well spent.
