such a big guy
We caught up again with Vinny in Stockport, Cheshire.
Vinny is a Maine Coon and quite a big boy at around 9-10 kg. Today, Vinny’s coat held a few lumps and bumps which needed to be removed – and lots of excess hair came away through brushing.
Afterwards, Vinny was ever so chilled and watched with interest as all the gear was packed up.
Great Session, Vinny. Nice seeing you again !

It’s always great catching up with the Tyldelsey girls for their routine manicure/pedicures.
Each has arrived in their forever home at different points in time, but everyone gets on famously. A very chilled, happy household. Lucky girls !

Come and say Hello to Annie from Warrington, Cheshire !
Around 7 years old, Annie has been with her new mum and dad for around 3 months. To see her in action, you’d think she’d been in situe forever.
Annie is a Russian Blue. She has a thick, plush coat which is soft to the touch and Annie has emerald green eyes. The breed is curious and tranquil, known for their friendliness and intelligence.
Today, Annie’s coat was very light with minimal hair coming away. No doubt, this will all change as we move into the winter months ….

Young Maisey has settled well in her new home in Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire. Last time we saw her, she was in Rochdale. Think she wondered how on earth she’d been tracked down … !
A manicure/pedicure today for Maisey. As a house cat, Maisey’s nails don’t wear down as much as cats who play out. So, it’s important to keep an eye on them.

Quite an unsettled Session today with Lancelot in Halifax, Yorkshire. His coat wasn’t too luggy, but it was holding lots of excess floof.
Lancelot was quite sure that it wasn’t going to happen. Whereas, we were quite sure that it would. It did.
Before the Session, Maine Coon Lancelot had found a great hiding place in the eaves and was a little vexed to be discovered and cajoled out. Not really a good way to start a Session, Lancelot feeling he’d been wrong footed !

Who remembers Noodles ?
We’ve met up with Noodles in Knutsford, Cheshire a few times now – and a more chilled out chick you will not meet. Noodles takes everything in her stride !
We think she is about 17 years old ? Not too sure. Noodles still likes playing out – well, pottering around – and kipping here or there. Probably under a bush somewhere.
Today’s session was a very laid back affair. Noodles was extremely flexible and amenable – and enjoyed the fuss. We removed a few lumps and bumps and a lot of excess hair from her coat.

We called in to meet up again with Harvey in Prestwich, Manchester.
Harvey is a sweet boy – until his little pins hit the grooming table. At this point he’s quite determined that he’d rather not, thanks.
A good de-lug and brushout was required. Some areas clipped and the rest thinned out.
We’re going to meet up with Harvey more regularly now to keep on top of things. Just thought we’d let you know, Harvey !

Ragdoll Trixie is such a gentle girl with a light, fluffy coat.
We caught up with her again recently in Halifax, Yorkshire for a maintenance Session to keep her coat in tip top condition.
Trixie is quite a nervous girl. Or so she reckons … ! Afterwards, she was strutting her stuff and posing for the camera !

It was time for Birman sisters Lily and Daisy’s manicure/pedicure/pad trims again recently in Preston, Lancashire.
Daisy – What a fidget today ! Daisy was determined that her feet was just fine the way they were, thanks very much.
Lily ? Lily snoozed her way through !
It’s quite noticeable that their personalities have changed during the last 18 months as they have settled into their new home. Lily used to be the fidget. Daisy, so compliant. A personality swap !
