Petite British Shorthair Mary isn’t quite as Petite these days. She is now 2 years old and is turning into quite a stocky build. True to her breed.

Mary’s manicure/pedicure today went without a hitch. It always does. She enjoys the attention and happily obliges with the right limb at the right time.

rory for short

We met up again with Main Coon Rory (or Rivaridh on a Sunday) in Manchester recently.

Rory’s such a playful, loving boy but he was a little subdued today (it later transpired Rory was quite poorly – but he’s on the mend now).

We had a gentle Session – removing a few tangles here and there, and a lot of excess hair.

Looking forward to seeing you again in a few Rory, when you’re back to your usual self. You can tell us all about it !

such a big winter coat

Persian Skyfall was ready for his maintenance Session when we met up with him this time around. His coat had doubled in its preparation for winter !

We clipped Sky’s tummy back – he usually has a Belly Clip, so he knew just what was going on – and worked through the rest of his coat with the comb and clippers where necessary.

A little later, Sky was feeling much lighter ….!

Come and meet Finch ….

Finch is around 10 months old. He’s from Manchester. He’s a Persian. He’s a little bit shy … but very nosey and very playful !

Finch’s coat becomes matted very easily and the best way for him is to take his coat back.

This first Session was fidgety – Next time should be less so.

Oh, he was so playful after his Session, chasing his little ball of paper around. Well done Finch ! – See you again soon !

longhaired oliver

British Longhair Oliver enjoyed a Belly Clip and Brush Out when we met up this time around in Bolton, Greater Manchester.

Oliver’s coat is thick and long, so this will keep it under control and help reduce any mats forming.

Here’s Persian Samson from Padiham, Lancashire – smiling away after his Session.

Samson knew just what to expect today and although a little fidgety, took it all in his stride. A couple of small areas removed and a good work through.

Our Ollie in Liverpool, Merseyside was certainly ready for his Brush Out when we met up this time.

Ollie’s coat is always thick and lots of hair comes away each Session – and Ollie is such a good boy. Gentle, snoozy and laps up the fuss !

Here’s Maine Coon Bear, looking rather pleased with himself after his latest Session in Hoghton, Lancashire.

Bear’s around 2 years old now. A big boy, but so so gentle and playful with it.

We took a few lugs away, mainly from Bear’s undercarriage to make him comfy and had a good brush out all over.

Smokey on the Wirral will be about 11 years old now. We don’t really know his age as he arrived one day on the doorstep, and hasn’t yet left ! He’s now a pampered puss, so it’s unlikely he’ll be going anywhere soon ….

Today, Smokey’s coat was in great condition. No lumps or bumps, we just ridded him of excess hair to keep it that way. Maintenance Sessions are a preventative measure, to prevent build up and mats forming.
