such a fluffy flooster
Who remembers this fluffy flooster ? This is Fluff from Wigan, Greater Manchester.
We’ve met up with Fluff a few times and although Fluff is such a friendly boy, he is rather nervous when the attention is directed all at him.
During the first Session, there was a lot of shouting involved. However, it’s lovely to see that things are getting easier for Fluff. We did have one or 2 naughty words here and there this time around – but not really any singing or shouting … and chilled out with eyes closed at points.
Well done Fluff !
gentle alfie
As always, Alfie in Preston, Lancashire took him manicure/pedicure all in his stride.
17 year old Alfie’s nails don’t get worn down like they used to, so it’s important that are kept in trim for him.
a gentle tiger
Persian Tigger looked very smart after his maintenance Belly Clip and Brush Out in Bury, Greater Manchester.
Just a couple of small knots to contend with – and lots of combing and fuss. You love it, Tigger !
super sansa
Although it’s only a matter of weeks since Sansa’s last Belly Clip, it sure had regrown quickly !
We keep Ragdoll Sansa’s coat short under there as it’s difficult for mum to comb – as Sansa’s isn’t too willing. On top, it is easier to manage, with a good Brush Out.
Here’s the young lady, looking floooofy after her Session.
pat cat
Pat Cat’s coat was certainly ready for its maintenance groom when we met up recently in Blackpool, Lancashire.
Pat enjoyed a Belly Clip and Brush Out – and a real bib trim to make eating, drinking and grooming easier.
Looking good, Pat Cat !
jolly jose
18 year old Jose in Edenfield, Greater Manchester was such a good boy during his recent Session.
Jose was very amenable to positioning for short periods and sat like a super model whilst his back and sides were being worked through.
Great Session Jose !
happy harley
Harley was only half the size, after we’d removed all of his excess floof !
Here he is, chillaxing in his garden after the event.
georgeous george
Persian George from Chester, Cheshire was quite determined that his Clip wasn’t going to happen today.
Fidget, fidget, fidget – even more so than usual. Maybe because he was on holiday at gran’s – and he was wondering how the heck he’d been found ?!
It’s important to keep George’s coat short, as he’s even less keen on being combed. He’s also much happier with his short coat. We ended on a first (rough) Clip today, as the most important task was to remove the hair, rather than worry about a supermodel, catwalk finish.
Mum Vanessa later said
“Thanks for coming around Sandra, G has already forgiven us now for “hurting his pride”, he’s cuddlier than normal and gave us plenty of smooches. He’s also eating like a little piggy so I’m sure he’s a lot more comfortable without all the fluff!”
See you again soon, George !
mr sylvester
13 year old Sylvester was ready for his nail trim today in Bury, Greater Manchester.
Sylvester really isn’t keen on his Sessions – but overall it’s a much easier experience than the cat carrier and car travel to the vets.
Really well done, Sylvester.
gorgeous gizmo
It was nice to see 13 year old Gizmo once again in Chorley, Lancashire.
Gizmo doesn’t groom himself as much, these days so needs some help to keep on top of his fluffy coat.
Today, there were a few lugs to contend with but Gizmo managed to oblige with positioning very well. He had a little bit to say now and then – particularly when he rear quarters and tail base were being worked on – but it was only grumbles.
We know that Gizmo always feels like a spring lamb after his Sessions !
