What a success story !
You may remember that a few months ago we met up with Florry in Didsbury. Our services had been called upon as although Florry’s coat was short it had developed mats and tufts because mum Alice wasn’t able to groom Florry at all. Florry is a lovely, friendly girl but she was becoming fiesty whenever mum approached with a comb.
When we met up we removed a particularly matted patch near Florry’s tail base, and brushed out the rest of her coat – removing lots and lots of dead hair. During the session Florry was vocal, but very calm and really seemed to understand what the session was all about.
Then : When we caught up with Alice about 6 weeks later she had some fantastic news for us ! Since our session with Florry, mum had been approaching Florry daily to comb through her much more easy-to-manage coat. Alice told us :
“Thank you. Her coat is lovely and I can brush with no problems”.
What a result ! Really pleasing to hear Alice …. and well done Florry – keep up with good work !
