It was great to meet up again with Mr Harry in Liverpool, Merseyside.

Mr Harry is a very sweet Persian of around 4 years old now. Today his coat needed quite a lot of clipping to rid of mats,

We didn’t manage a piccie of him after his session today, but here he is on a previous visit. He’s very photogenic !

We met up again recently with Mitzy in Bolton, Greater Manchester for her maintenance groom.

You may remember Mitzy ? She is 6 years old now and is a Ragdoll.

We took away a few lugs but most of Mitzy’s coat was brushed out with no problems. We began the Session well – nails, tummy … Bum … Emmm .. It’s that rear end that Mitzy really isn’t keen on being tended to. However, we interspersed this part of the session with lots of fuss and chat to take her mind off things.

cheeky tilly

We were asked to meet up with 3 year old Persian Tilly in Liverpool, Merseyside.

Tilly had recently had an experience with a groomer who hadn’t been able to finish the job and Tilly’s coat remained pelted underneath.

Today, Tilly had a Belly Clip and Hygiene Trim – and we tidied up the rest of her coat with a good brush out.

It was an extremely vocal and active Session. Tilly left the neighbours in no doubt as to what was going on and that she disapproved. Well it was Tilly’s version, anyway.

the tyldesley ladies

It was great to catch up again with the Tyldesley ladies for their regular manicure/pedicures.

They are all well used to their sessions now – but some are more blase about it than others. That right, Rosie ?

Jose from Edenfield, Greater Manchester always takes a good photo after his Session. Here he is, looking as dapper as ever !

We’re not quite sure just how old Jose is – but maybe around 16/17 years. Doesn’t he look well !

miss mary

Petite British Shorthair Mary isn’t quite as Petite these days. She is now 2 years old and is turning into quite a stocky build. True to her breed.

Mary’s manicure/pedicure today went without a hitch. It always does. She enjoys the attention and happily obliges with the right limb at the right time.

rory for short

We met up again with Main Coon Rory (or Rivaridh on a Sunday) in Manchester recently.

Rory’s such a playful, loving boy but he was a little subdued today (it later transpired Rory was quite poorly – but he’s on the mend now).

We had a gentle Session – removing a few tangles here and there, and a lot of excess hair.

Looking forward to seeing you again in a few Rory, when you’re back to your usual self. You can tell us all about it !

such a big winter coat

Persian Skyfall was ready for his maintenance Session when we met up with him this time around. His coat had doubled in its preparation for winter !

We clipped Sky’s tummy back – he usually has a Belly Clip, so he knew just what was going on – and worked through the rest of his coat with the comb and clippers where necessary.

A little later, Sky was feeling much lighter ….!

Come and meet Finch ….

Finch is around 10 months old. He’s from Manchester. He’s a Persian. He’s a little bit shy … but very nosey and very playful !

Finch’s coat becomes matted very easily and the best way for him is to take his coat back.

This first Session was fidgety – Next time should be less so.

Oh, he was so playful after his Session, chasing his little ball of paper around. Well done Finch ! – See you again soon !

longhaired oliver

British Longhair Oliver enjoyed a Belly Clip and Brush Out when we met up this time around in Bolton, Greater Manchester.

Oliver’s coat is thick and long, so this will keep it under control and help reduce any mats forming.
