molly moo
It was nice to meet up with Siberian Forest Cat Molly again in Lymm, Cheshire.
Molly’s coat was still very summery – ie. she hadn’t begun to develop a thicker coat for winter. There was very little to take away – which Molly was quite pleased about !
Mum Rowena later said : “We were both pleased to see you Sandra even though Molly’s coat was still quite light. See you next spring”
what a fluff ball
A Belly Clip complete with Hygiene,Trouser and Bib trim were on the agenda recently when we met up again with Persian Horatio in Liverpool, Merseyside.
Horatio has the most enormous coat, and he’s always much happier after his Session when it’s more manageable again.
Looking great, Horatio !
lovely louie
Persian Louie from Crewe, Cheshire is 11 years old now.
He’s a lucky boy. Since finding his new mum he wants for nothing and he has both a feline and a canine companion whom he adores.
Mum’s done well getting Louie into a grooming routine. Even if he’s not over the moon every day when the comb comes out, he knows that’s what happens.
We worked through today and removed lots of excess fluff – and worked on those feet and legs, which is his least favourite part.
Nice seeing you again, Louie.
lovely lily
British Longhair Lily from Preston, Lancashire had her best Session to date this time around.
We meet up with Lily quite regularly to keep on top of her long thick coat. As an older lady (14 years old), Lily suffers from arthritis and this is evident during the Sessions – particularly when working around her limbs.
She’s seen the cat doc, and now takes an anti-inflammatory just before our Sessions. It’s great to say that it’s made all the difference for Lily. She’s still not enamoured at the thought, but she definitely finds her Sessions easier.
Well done Lily !
cuddly red
Here’s Siberian Forest Cat Red from Sandbach, Cheshire – Before and After his latest maintenance Session.
The piccie above shows Red looking gorgeous – and on the right – well, just before we began his session !
mrs macy
We had quite a calm Session with Maine Coon Macy in Manchester recently.
Macy isn’t keen on her Sessions but she is well used to them by now. We meet up regularly to keep on top of her coat.
Today, we removed a few lumps and bumps and lots of excess hair and afterwards Macy looked like a new woman !
cutie kiwi
Who remembers Maine Coon Kiwi from Preston, Lancashire ?
Kiwi is around 18 months old now. He’s a bigggg boy. He’s a character !
It’s lovely to hear that combing has become easier for mum and Kiwi over the last few months. Saying that, today’s session was a little more fidgety than previous get togethers.
We smartened up Kiwi’s coat and he was looking pretty chuffed with himself afterwards.
such a bonny lady
We’re not quite sure just how old Bonnie from Burnage, Manchester is. We think somewhere between 13-17 years old.
When we met up with Bonnie this time around her coat was quite pelted on her sides and underneath. It was a fidgety session and Bonnie isn’t too keen on lying over at the best of times. The pelts were tight and Bonnie did really well as they came away.
Keep warm, Bonnie while your coat regrows – you’ll definitely feel the difference in temperature !
fluffy archie
Archie in Middleton, Manchester was quite a fluff ball when we met up again recently.
We worked through his coat and removed a couple of lumps and bumps along the way – and took things a little shorter around his rear quarters to help with toileting.
Archie has now definitely settled into his new life with mum. You’d think he’d always been in place !
Nice seeing you again Archie !
missy meascha
Meascha was pleased to find herself on the grooming table again recently.
She is, of course, a Maine Coon. A very friendly 2 year old Maine Coon – who is always ready for a little more fuss and attention. Meascha always spends her spa session purring her little head off, sprawled out on the grooming table !
