We removed a lot of dead hair and a few lumps and bumps from Jessica’s coat, when we met up with her for her Autumn brush out.

Maine Coon Jessica in Manchester is around 3 years old now. When she was younger she was quite tall, long and slender. She’s definitely filled out now and has become quite a hefty young lady.

Afterwards ? Oh, definitely pleased with herself as she played with her squiggly worm on the rug ! Nice session Jessica !

shakin’ all over

Some of you will recognise young Elvis in Middleton, Greater Manchester.

Elvis – with his thick, wooly, Persian coat benefits from a regular maintenance clip to keep him feeling tip top (see bottom right piccie of him, before his latest Session).

It’s always great to hear how much happier he is after his clip !

This was our first visit to Sienna in Stockport, Cheshire.

Sienna is around 5 years old and quite a nervous girl. It took her a good few minutes before she relaxed on the grooming table.

Not a mat or clump in sight – just lots of excess fluff was removed.

What a good good, Sienna !

Penny from Sale, Cheshire was looking good after her latest maintenance Session.

We are not sure how old Penny is, but think about 10 years old. She has a short coat, but is unable to keep on top of it herself.

Today, Penny’s coat was beginning to clump in parts and she was a real good girl as we worked through to thin it out.

Well done Penny !

Chinchilla Persian Simba from Didsbury, Manchester was a good boy as usual during his latest maintenance Session.

A Belly Clip (because it’s difficult for mum and dad to comb under there) and a good brush out.

darling denzel

It was nice to call in on 4 year old Denzel again in Liverpool, Merseyside.

Denzel’s thick, Persian coat had developed matted areas and there was no other way but for a Full Clip for a fresh start.

A little fidget ? Yes ! …. but we know that Denzel was immediately comfier after his session !

His mum Beth later said

“Denzel seems loads happier, he’s bombing it around the flat right this minute ! Definitely a lot comfier. He’s calmed right down and not crying as much of an evening”

Here’s Maisie from Stretford. Who knows Maisie ?

Maisie benefits from regular maintenance Sessions. Even though her coat is short, it does become clumpy as she doesn’t groom too much these days, nor does she let her mum comb her,

Sosage in Wigan, Greater Manchester had been waiting patiently for our visit. She even sent a text saying she was being patient !

Quite a nervous girl of strangers, 11 year old Sosage is definitely finding her Sessions easier. Just a teeny weeny knot of her tummy removed, followed by a good brush out with lots of fuss. Then a big chill on the bed …

We called in to see Maine Coon Meeko once again in Didsbury, Manchester.

Meeko is quite a nervous young lady, until she’s sure what’s going on. She settled quickly on the grooming table and took it all in her stride. Not as keen on her rear quarters having a once over – but definitely feeling more comfy for it afterwards, having lost one or 2 mats along the way.

gentle tannto

A new guy to join us. This is Tannto from Stockport, Cheshire.

Tannto is around 5 years old now. We think he may have some Maine Coon in him. Anyone ?

Tannto’s coat had become thick and matted in places and the best approach for him was a fresh start and what a little (little ?) star he was.

Here on the left is a piccie of Tannto before the Session began.  Quite a transformation !

A few days after the Session, mum Elayne said
