gentle stanley
Here’s Stanley in Bolton, Greater Manchester.
This was our 2nd visit to Stanley … and you’d think it was all old hat. Stanley was so relaxed as we worked through his dense, British Shorthair (British Blue / BSH) coat.
Feeling much lighter, Stanley !
mrs mindy
Mindy’s recent manicure session in Astley, Greater Manchester went without a hitch. It always does as, although Mindy is a nervous girl by nature (having been found in a plastic bag), she is chilled during her time on the grooming table.
All sorted again for another few weeks, Mindy ! Well done !
thanks harvey
Harvey from Hebden Bridge, Yorkshire had a lovely pressie for us when we called in to see him yesterday.
A mug – depicting a puddy cat who looked just like him !
Thanks Harvey (and mum, Lauren !). Love it !
such a star
Just how chilled was Exotic Longhair Star Lord when we met up recently in Chester, Cheshire ??!!
We had such a lovely, gentle session as we worked through Star Lord’s coat. Oh, he enjoyed all the fuss and chit chat … Star Lord didn’t add much to the conversation – he’s more of a listener !
Such a good boy Star Lord ! See you again in a few weeks time …
blue bella
Here’s British Shorthair (BSH) Bella in Manchester. Remember Bella ?
Bella’s thick coat is always ready for work through. Naturally, a BSH’s coat is thick, dense and plush. It can become seperated and clumpy without sufficient self grooming and/or brushing.
Until next time, Bella …
the maine girl
Maine Coon Macy was feeling much comfier after her latest maintenance session in Manchester.
We removed a few lumps and bumps from underneath and on top. Although Macy would have rather have been doing something else, she knows it’s important to keep on top of her thick coat.
See you again soon Macy !
young yasmine
Here’s little Persian Yasmine in Oldham, Greater Manchester where she lives with her sisters and famiy.
When we first met up with Yasmine a few weeks ago, her coat was pelted and we took it away for a fresh start.
Today, we clipped Yasmine back again. It was a much easier session for her today as there were no mats to contend with.
Well done Yasmine … Looking forward to seeing you again soon !
miss kizz
It was Kizzy’s turn once again for her maintenance session in Huyton, Liverpool.
As you may remember, Kizzy is finding her sessions so much easier these days. In fact, her attitude towards her sessions has turned around dramatically.
Before we met up with Kizzy for the first time, she would go off to the vets for a de-mat under anaesthetic. We decided to try a new approach.
Our first get together was heated to say the least, but each time we meet up, Kizzy is finding proceedings easier. This is because, as well as knowing there’s nothing to worry about, she is also feeling so much better about herself with her easier to manage coat. In fact, mum says her whole demeanour has changed. Lovely to hear !
young sabih
Here’s a fresh young face for you to meet !
This is Sabih, and he is a Ragdoll from Preston, Lancashire. At just 9 months old, Sabih was introduced to his first professional grooming session.
He got the idea pretty quickly. Although woud rather not have had his rear quarters inspected, he fared well – and we had a good brush out to remove ad hoc knots and tangles.
… oh and so nosey …. Sabih just couldn’t keep away after the session, In and out, in and out … Nice session, Sabih !
A few days later, mum Laika said
“…thank you so much for coming over to groom my furbabies .. They are definitely much more comfier and happier and loads more self grooming … My Sabih is much more affectionate than normal too … “
