happy holly
Holly in Padiham, Lancashire was ready for her brushout when we called in to see her recently. Her coat is really beginning to thicken up for the winter.
It was a very calm, gentle session with the usual chit chat from Holly. It was all soooo interesting !
Nice seeing you again Holly … You’re looking after your coat very well !

handsome skyfall
Skyfall is just turned 3 years old and he hangs out in Altrincham, Cheshire. He’s a Himalayan Persian – with the coat to prove it ! (ie. it’s thick !).
Not keen on mum brushing him, Sky had developed some matted areas around his torso. The usual areas – underneath, armpits, etc.
We took away quite a section down one side, and were able to brush out more on the other. It’s often the case that cats are more sensitive / dislike being groomed on one side, more than the other.
After the session (which we split into 2 for Sky’s benefit), Sky was obviously very proud of himself. He even hung around to watch the clearing up !
We going to hold regular sessions to keep on top of Sky’s thick coat – and keep his tummy short to help maintenance between sessions.
dinky dolly
Dolly’s thick Persian cross coat was ready for its brush out when we met up again recently. It’s obviously turning winter-ish up there in Carnforth, Lancashire !
As good as gold, was Dolly during her session. In fact, she was such a good girl, helping with proceedings !
Have a look at the video clip on facebook to see just what we mean ….. !

sophie’s teddy clip
Sophie is now almost 2 yrs old. She’s not keen on being brushed. She really doesn’t like her grooming sessions.
We used to just have a brush out. Then we moved to a Belly Clip and brush out – to make life easier between sessions for mum. Today, we had a Teddy Clip (not as neat and smooth as a Lion Clip – a tiny bit more length left on, with a more rugged appearance).
