“Harvey had his first session yesterday.  He was quite vocal about the whole process and came up with a few new swear words!! Sandra was great – very calm and patient with him and we got through it in the end, with the help of a few treats.  The result – he looks (and I’m sure feels) so much better. I am really pleased with the results and the fact that it was done without the need for anaesthetic – which is what the vet would do.  He will be having another session later in the year. “This is the third time I’ve needed the use of Sandra’s services, the reason for this appointment being to cut Finnegan’s claws.  It was noticeable that Finnegan was not as nervous during this visit and that his confidence has increased.  He was especially good during the clipping process, though to be fair, he couldn’t wait to get off the table! Sandra appears to be building an extremely good relationship with Finn which is great as he doesn’t trust many people. I’ll definitely be booking in again.”

Thanks for your patience with Eric as she was certainly a bit squirmy !!  She seems so much happier with her new manicure and your advice about her ‘shedding’ issues was much appreciated.  I will definitely keep in touch and hopefully now my clothes will last longer without all the little puncture holes in them !!
